The
North East Tiling Training centre is A
Government approved training centre,
and is annually audited and quality checked, you
can achieve a recognized award certificate in
wall and floor tiling (level 2) by the end of
your course, this award will show that you have
a achieved a standard level 2 competence, The
information you receive on the course is derived
from the British Standards (BS5385) wall and floor
tiling code of practice.
Instruction
is give by level 3 qualified tilers and A1 assessors,
this ensures the top quality of your training.
During
your tiling courses we will explain how you can
go on and gain full qualifications such as your
NVQ 2 in tiling and the CSCS
site card, This can be done by OSAT (On Site Assessment
Training), experienced worker routes or ICA awards.
All the relevant details will be given out on
the course you attend on how to achieve these
qualifications.
On your ready
for work professional course you will be working
in a purpose built equipped bay for plenty hands
on practical tiling.
You
will be looked after by 3 Tutors which means better
tuition and attention, every person is
different, some people learn quicker than others
so the tiling courses are designed around easy learning and no embarrassing
situations will occur, there is no need to feel
uneasy about anything. Enjoy and learn is the
motto. The courses are suitable for anyone
who has some or absolutely no experience in tiling
whatsoever.

There are no tests
or exams to be done on the course. Advice on achieving
further qualifications will also be given. learn
